kygame Terms & Conditions
This page sets out the full legal agreements, account registration rules, financial transaction policies, bonuses, and responsibilities related to using the kygame platform. Please read carefully before playing.
1 General Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between players accessing the kygame platform and kygame. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing, you confirm that you fully accept these terms and conditions.
Please make sure you have read and understood this agreement. If you disagree with any part of it, do not use the platform. kygame has the right to amend these terms at any time, and any changes take effect from the moment they are published on the platform.
If a breach of these terms is found, kygame has the right to close your account and withhold related funds without prior notice.
2 Account Registration and Accurate Information
2.1 Account Registration Requirements
To open an account at kygame, a player must meet the following requirements—
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be a legal resident of Myanmar
- Must be a real individual (opening an account through an automated agent is prohibited)
- Only one account per person is allowed
- All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date
2.2 Responsibility for Accurate Information
The player is personally responsible for ensuring that the information they provide — name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details — is accurate. An account opened with incorrect information may be closed and the funds forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
Your login credentials and password must be kept confidential. Sharing your account with any third party is prohibited. If any unauthorised access occurs, contact [email protected] immediately.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Payment Methods
Deposit and withdrawal methods available at kygame are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only.
3.2 Deposits
Deposits are normally processed instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, the player must keep a screenshot of the transfer confirmation as proof. kygame is not responsible for losses caused by payment software errors.
3.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
To make a withdrawal, the player must have a verified account and use the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
4 Bonus and Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
kygame's welcome bonus is 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.
Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Total balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal
Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Total balance 420,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal
4.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions
- A bonus claim requires the bonus amount to be wagered 20 times before withdrawal is permitted
- Each account may claim the bonus once only
- If a bonus is found to have been claimed incorrectly, it will be voided
- kygame may change the bonus policy at any time
- Combining certain promotions together may not be permitted in some cases
4.3 VIP Program
kygame has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. As your play volume increases, you move up a level and your weekly cashback rate increases—
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
5 Gaming Policy
5.1 Game Integrity and Fairness
Games available on kygame — slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, football betting, and lottery games — use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.
5.2 Player Responsibility
Players acknowledge that all gaming decisions are made by themselves, not directed by kygame. kygame is not responsible for any financial losses incurred.
5.3 Game Malfunctions
Game results obtained due to a technical malfunction — including any winnings accumulated — may be declared void and cancelled. Any funds incorrectly received as a result of a malfunction will be reclaimed.
5.4 Actions During Gameplay
kygame is not responsible for losses caused by a player's internet disconnection during gameplay. Closing or reopening the game window during play does not affect the game result — only server data is considered the official record.
6 Privacy Protection
kygame protects players' personal information using SSL encryption. Player data is handled solely for the purpose of providing kygame's services and will not be sold to third parties or shared for advertising purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7 Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on kygame—
- Conducting financial transactions that constitute money laundering
- Manipulating gameplay patterns solely to withdraw bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to play games (Exploit)
- Using software robots or automated playing tools
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
- Threatening or verbally abusing players or staff
- Using payment methods that do not belong to you
8 Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure by the Player
Players may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. If there is a remaining balance to be withdrawn, the withdrawal must be completed before closure. If the account is closed before bonus wagering requirements are met, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
8.2 Closure by kygame
If a breach of these terms is found, kygame may close the account without prior notice. Appeals regarding closures can be submitted through [email protected].
8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
If you feel you are losing control over your gambling, you may request a self-exclusion. You can choose an exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, or longer. Learn more on the Responsible Gaming page.
9 Software and Intellectual Property
The software, designs, trademarks, media files, and code on the kygame platform are legally protected intellectual property of kygame. Players may access them only for the purpose of playing and are prohibited from copying, distributing, or modifying them for any other purpose.
10 Limitation of Liability
kygame is not liable for players' gaming losses, problems caused by poor internet connectivity, issues arising from incorrect information provided by the player, or losses occurring during a period of temporary service suspension with prior notice.
The maximum amount of liability that can be claimed from kygame shall not exceed the relevant player's deposit amount (within the limits permitted by law).
11 Changes to Terms
kygame may update these terms at any time. If you continue playing after changes are published on the platform, you will be considered to have accepted those changes. Please revisit this page regularly.
